Vin to Yin - An Evening of Athletic Bliss

Join Amanda White, owner of Mission Yoga and international retreat host, for a special class designed to blend two styles of yoga into one special evening. Vinyasa to Yin will honor both styles combining a strong athletic flow to warm up, tone, stretch, and twist the physical realm and then slowly transition into longer Yin holds targeting our hips and hamstrings while shifting the mental focus into meditation and bliss. Students can expect strong, nurturing hands-on assists during the Vinyasa with quiet soothing stillness for the Yin wind-down.
