VU Debate Society is ✨absolutely thrilled✨ to invite all debating newcomers to a Saturday filled with jazz, intrigue, and even — debating. Actually, a lot of debating; as a matter of fact, between 4 and 5 entire rounds, all of which are going to differ in style, genre and, perhaps, level of seriousness.
This might just be your best chance to get a beginner-friendly taste of competitive BP debating. So tell your friends and don’t miss out!

❗How we define a ‘novice’ for this tournament:
- Novices are debaters with under 6 months of experience in British Parliamentary debating (and under 1 year in World Schools)*
* With due respect to the menace that is the high school debating circuit, we will prioritize the registration of university students to revitalize the circuit. You are welcome to register nevertheless ^^
