Join us at the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor's Center Parking lot for a guided Viking Trail Run/Hike. For beginners, plan to meet a few minutes early to better prepare for your participation. The many benefits and best use of your hiking poles, or our trail rods, will be discussed before the hike. For those who sign up in advance, we will provide hiking poles or trail rods. This will be an easy to moderate 35-40 minute run/hike. Come join the fun!😊
