In this hands-on cooking class you will make three classic Vietnamese soups that you know and love from your local take-out spot, but now in your very own kitchen! Yes, you can save on the restaurant bill.

Beef Pho Soup (phở bò)
Pork Meatball and Watercress Soup (canh)
Potsticker Soup (mi hoanh thanh)
This class will cover knife skills, selecting proper ingredients for Asian cooking, using a Multi-cooker, making broth, poaching meat, building flavors, cleaning greens.
Class price includes generous sampling of everything prepared, printed recipes, and one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
