Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an afternoon of chocolate, creativity, and hands-on fun! Whether you're coming with a partner, a friend, or flying solo, this immersive cooking class is the perfect way to treat yourself (and someone sweet) to a delicious experience.We’ll kick things off with a chef-led demonstration on how to make decadent, silky chocolate truffles—complete with tips for rolling, coating, and customizing your own.
Then, you'll break into teams of four to take on one of three irresistible, chocolate-laden desserts. Each group will be randomly assigned one recipe, with skill levels ranging from beginner to expert:
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries with Whipped Cream – A romantic classic with a light, elegant touch
Flourless Chocolate Cake – Rich, fudgy, and gluten-free indulgence for the more advanced bakers
Garbage Brownies – Over-the-top, anything-goes brownie bars packed with chocolate and surprises
Expect lots of tasting, laughter, and teamwork as you create and enjoy your sweet masterpiece.
