Join us for Soft Start Sunday , a two-hour mind–body ritual designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and step into your week with intention.
Begin with a nourishing, all-levels yoga class focused on grounding and gentle movement. Then settle into 30 minutes of meditation and guided journaling using our signature Elate Soft Start prompts to help you find clarity, calm, and a sense of renewed purpose.
Included: yoga class, drinks and snacks from local businesses, a beautiful intention setting journal and an Elate goody bag. All are welcome.
