Here’s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the deep frequencies of an exciting collection of sound healing instruments, and to learn from the philosophy and approach of two experienced sound healers. Learn to create soundscapes of rejuvenation and inner harmony. Join us for a fun, hands-on afternoon. Explore, learn about and play crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand pans, RAV drums, flutes, chimes, native drums, ocean drums, rain sticks & more! Learn playing strokes for the gong, listening exercises, musical games and learn the foundations of creating your own sound bath meditation. Learn to pair instruments powerfully in the same key, or by using specific musical intervals. Discover the profound effects of sound on your mind and body, as you learn techniques to release stress, promote relaxation, and access deeper states of meditation.
