Explore, learn about and play crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand pans, RAV drums, flutes, chimes, native drums, ocean drums, rain sticks & more! Learn playing strokes for the gong, listening exercises, musical games and learn the foundations of creating your own sound bath meditation. Learn to pair instruments powerfully in the same key, or by using specific musical intervals. Discover the profound effects of sound on your mind and body, as you learn techniques to release stress, promote relaxation, and access deeper states of meditation.
