In this chef-led class, guests will learn the art of fresh pasta without overheating the kitchen. The only pot you’ll need is for the pasta itself.

Guests will sip a crisp Blood Orange Aperol Spritz upon arrival before learning how to mix, knead, and prepare fresh fettuccine pasta. Our chef will showcase a fresh cherry tomato basil sauce that is marinated and tossed with hot pasta for a simple, flavorful summer dish.

The meal will also include a classic panzanella salad with tangy vinaigrette. To finish the evening, guests will enjoy chocolate chip semifreddo.
