As the sun rises, you’ll be guided through light stretching, mindful breathing and simple yoga poses designed to wake up your body and clear your mind for the day. Participants should bring their own yoga mats. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Programs are free, but registration is required. To register, visit TwinsburgRecreation.com or in person at the Twinsburg Community Center Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm.
