Hosted by Flock & Field Naturals, this one-day experience brings together meditation, yoga, live entertainment, wellness vendors, music, and transformational speakers — all intentionally curated to help you reset your mind, recharge your body, and realign your energy.

Begin the day with a grounding guided meditation followed by a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath designed to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reset your internal energy.
🧘🏽♀️ 3 Guided Yoga Sessions (All Levels Welcome) 30 minutes each
Move through three intentional yoga experiences designed to support your full-day reset:
- 5:30 PM – Release & Ground
