Set in the beautiful Gaelic Park in Oak Forest, Illinois, Vibrance 2.0 is intentionally curated to reconnect you to nature, nourishment, creativity, and purpose. Every detail — from sound to scent to speakers — is designed to help you reset your mind, recharge your body, and realign with your highest self.

✨ Opening Sacred Reset: Meditation + Sound Bath

We begin the day with a guided meditation to ground your energy, followed by a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath designed to release stress, reset your nervous system, and elevate your frequency.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Three Guided Yoga Experiences

Move through three intentional yoga sessions throughout the day:
