About this Event

Bulley & Andrews/UJAMAA Construction/Trinal, Inc. are hosting a Contracting Opportunity for Cook County's Oak Forest Health Campus Phase 2 Demolition Outreach Event on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (CDT)

The Outreach Event will address contracting opportunities for the anticipated scopes of work, bidding requirements, MBE/WBE, and workforce participation goals.

• Cook County's Oak Forest Health Campus Phase 2 Demolition is located at the southeast corner of 159th and Cicero Avenue, Oak Forest, Illinois.

• The demolition project includes the removal of the majority of structures on the property, as well as the central utility plant and tunnels below grade.

• The project will be subdivided into multiple phases and bid packages.

• Remaining structures will be retrofitted with new water, power, and HVAC systems.

The Outreach Event will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.

Preregistration for the event is strongly encouraged. All attendees should preregister for the event no later than Monday, June 22, 2026, by 5:00 PM (CDT).
