Sri Durga Saptashati has been chanted for centuries. 

On the 27th of March, it takes the stage.

VIBHOOTI is a full-scale live theatrical production drawn from one of India's most powerful sacred scriptures, and it is being premiered in Bengaluru with 15+ performers, live music, and a scale of staging rarely seen in Indian traditional theatre.

At its heart is Ramya Vasishta, lead singer and the creative force behind this production, whose voice has shaped every layer of this performance from conception to the stage.

This isn't a retelling. The ancient verses come alive here, carried through choreography rooted in tradition and movement arts, original and popular live compositions, and a theatrical vision that treats Indian culture not as something to be only preserved, but as something vital, living, and deeply moving.

What unfolds over the course of the evening is a seamless weave of music, dance, and narrative, the kind of performance where you stop thinking and just feel.
