Join Lotus Vibrations Healing for a meditative experience where participants are fully immersed in a cosmic soundscape of singing bowls, drums, rattles, didgeridoo, flute, gong, and handpan.
These vibrational instruments assist in washing away tension and provide an energetic cleanse that resonates at a cellular level. Making you feel balanced and recharged. These healing sound waves will shift your state of consciousness through brainwave entrainment and invite harmony into the mind, body, and spirit.
Participants will be asked to lay down, connect with their breath, and relax during this rejuvenating experience.
We look forward to holding space for those seeking comfort, relief, and support.
Please remember to bring:
yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillows, water bottle and knee support.
Chairs will also be available.
