Paddle for Heroes invites you to paddle with us during our Veterans Day Paddle Nov 11th 2025
This 5.3 mile awareness paddle will journey along the beautiful Muskingum River in Zanesville, Ohio.
The paddle will begin at the Zanesville Yacht Club boat ramp. The group will stop for a moment of reflection and silence at the Eternal Flame Monument and then proceed to lock through the historic and only double-hand cranked lock still in operation, finishing the paddle at Puntnam Landing in Zanesville.
Participants are encouraged and welcome to join us for lunch at Muddy Misers. A superb eatery owned by our friend and fellow veteran, Nathan Johnson, and his wife Tracy.
*All participants must sign a waiver and wear a PFD while on the river.
Kayaks and canoes are available by reservation.
