Chair Yoga & Breathwork for Veterans

Join us for a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga & Breathwork series designed to support mobility, balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being.
This class is ideal for veterans, active older adults, beginners, and anyone looking for a supportive environment to move, breathe, and reconnect with their body. Using a chair for support, participants will explore simple yoga movements, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and relaxation tools that can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
No prior yoga experience is required.
Each class may include:
• Gentle stretching and mobility exercises
• Balance and strength-building movements
• Breathing practices for stress management and relaxation
• Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• Guided relaxation and nervous system recovery
