Hello lovelies! Just a gentle reminder that Michelle Blair will be leading tomorrow morning’s gentle flow. Click the link flow to reserve your spot and we’ll see you on the Mat! 
During this calming and grounding 60 minutes on the mat, we will release and relax into each pose, allowing the body to open, as we work with the breath. We will focus primarily on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons. This practice will take strain off of the skeletal system, as we flow through poses slowly, emphasizing each pose to become more aware and mindful of our bodies. You will move through poses that stretch and open the entire body. This deep stretch yoga class will leave you feeling calm and open.
