Veterans who are eligible for Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) Reduced Fare Card are invited to attend Milwaukee VA's Vocational Rehabilitation Service event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in building 7 on General Wolcott Ave, room 110, north of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, 5000 W. National Ave.
This is a Veteran only event, and you must bring the required documentation.
For Veterans under 65 years of age, proof of disability using one of the following:
• Social Security letter indicating disability
• Copy of Medicare card
• Veteran’s Disability Letter
• Completed reduced fare application by treating physician or licensed health care provider (WI Medical License)
AND
• Valid State ID, DL, Passport, or
Alien Registration Card
For Veterans over 65 years of age, proof of disability using one of the following:
• Valid State ID, DL, Passport, or Alien Registration Card
