This is a free event, however you must RSVP here on EventBrite or in person at a Versa location.

IMPORTANT: Capacity for yoga is 40. If you want to join the yoga portion, you must check yes on registration and bring your own mat and towel.

Itinterary:

7:00am Meet @ Hot House Yoga: 3220 Redhawk St. Unit 200 Coralville, IA 52241

7:15am Sunrise Run: 5 miles at a casual pace or 25 minute out & back. Route: https://onthegomap.com/s/cb7v3a9h

8:15am Hot House Yoga Sunrise Flow Class (heated). Must have Mat & Towel, Water. Rise and shine! Come move your body and awaken your senses with this early-morning flow class. THIS CLASS IS CAPPED AT 40 PEOPLE. MUST SIGN UP ON THIS REGISTRATION PAGE.

9:15am Coffee and Pastries at Barretts Following the event, eat and drink with friends! Recommend bringing a quick change of clothes after the workout. Food/Drink on your own dollar.
