Join us for a delightful evening of vermouth and charcuterie at the cozy Bird's Nest at Blackbird Brewery. Savor the perfect harmony of flavorful vermouth paired with a selection of delectable charcuterie. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just curious to try something new, this event promises to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

What is vermouth you ask? Vermouth is a fortified wine infused with botanicals, herbs and spices. It can be served as an aperitivo or in a cocktail. On our first adventure into vermouth we will feature the Tximista Vermouths from Spain and Proof Wine and Spirits.

Your ticket includes a locally made charcuterie board for two and a one ounce pour of Tximista Vermouth Blanco and Tximista Vermouth Rojo. We will have a special cocktail feature on the menu for the evening highlighting these vermouths as well.
