Important Donation Information

Eventbrite is being used to collect registration and sponsorship information for Vermeer's Swing for a Cure Golf Tournament. To ensure donations are properly attributed and to prevent registration errors, donation instructions will be provided after registration is submitted.

Please do not submit a donation until you have completed your Eventbrite registration.

Once registered, participants and sponsors will receive follow-up information with instructions for completing the applicable donation:

• Player Registration: $100 donation
• Gold Sponsorship: $500 donation (includes one golfer)
• Silver Sponsorship: $100 donation (does not include golfer registration)

Registration and sponsorships will not be considered complete until both registration and donation have been received and matched.
