What if transition planning could move beyond compliance and become a catalyst for possibility?
Join us for an engaging look at how Greenville County Schools is creating meaningful pathways for students with disabilities to build skills, explore careers, gain authentic work experiences, and prepare for life beyond high school. Discover how transition planning and work-based learning can connect students’ strengths and interests to real-world opportunities through innovative programming, community partnerships, career exploration, and employment experiences.
Come discover what is possible when we move from preparing students for opportunities to creating opportunities for students.

Greenville CAN Lunch & Learn events are free however, registration is required. If your plans change and you are later unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration. Lunch will be generously provided by Carolina Drive In.
You can attend the event either in-person or virtually. The Zoom link will be sent out 30 - 60 minutes prior to the event.
