Verbena Beverage Co: Dry January Pop-Up

Are you already feeling the Dry January blues? Come meet Verbena Beverage Co - a local cocktail and mocktail infusion kit company - and get inspired to add new flavors to your repertoire! They will be joining us in our lab all afternoon to share their unique approach to zero proof bartending, sample their botanical infusions, and give you insider tips from their years of experience! You'll leave with a handful of ideas and infusions to add a whole new dimension of flavor to your mocktails.

is a small bar consulting and cocktail company run by Rob Dunn and Hannah Shields. Rob Dunn is a career bartender with a passion for teaching others. His cocktails are innovative, unique, and steeped in the history of brewing and distilling. Hannah Shields is a designer and an herbalist interested in sustainable practices and sharing the benefits of herbs with others.

Verbena Beverage Co's Cocktail Kits are a cumulation of their passions. Each original recipe is made up of dried herbs, teas, spices, and fruits, and comes in a reusable glass jar. These kits are designed to be infused with either a favorite spirit of your choice or simply hot water for a non-alcoholic variation.
