Venture Forward 2024 - Film Festival & Champions Dinner at Apollo Cinema

Every year the Enviro-Stewards team proudly hosts an event to raise awareness and fundraise for Safe Water Social Ventures called "Venture Forward", which provides a forum for our customers and champions to share in SWSV's achievements and goals. We are excited to announce our thrid annual Venture Forward: Impact Film Festival!

The event will take place at the Apollo Cinema in Kitchener and will begin at 6 pm with a Champion's Dinner hosted at the space of the Apollo Theatre. At 7:15 pm, we'll begin our film festival, also at the Apollo Theatre. The festival will feature selected short documentaries that our event team finds to be impactful and consistent with the capacity-building approach of SWSV.

You are welcome to join us for dinner and the films or just for the film festival!

For those who are unable to join in person, we'll be hosting a YouTube Livestream event of the film festival and panel discussion (link will be sent in event reminder email).

If you'd like to make a donation to SWSV and you don't require a charitable tax receipt, the Eventbrite registration has an option to donate to the project. If you prefer a tax receipt, you can donate to SWSV right now through Canada Helps *See below details on how to donate* and then return to continue your registration to the event. Your donation will help a family in East Africa purchase a water purifier that will provide clean and safe drinking water for up to 25 years.
