Vendor Registration for Ignite Your Future - Chatham

Vendor Check-In: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM
Setup Deadline: 9:00 AM
Check-In Location: At Registration Table
Parking: Accessible vendor unloading area available from 8am – 8:45 am; details will be provided prior to event.

Community Providers of Employment, Day Habilitation, Group Homes and other community services
- Engage directly with potential service recipients and their families.
- Showcase vocational, independent living, housing, healthcare, therapy, and assistive technology resources.

- Branded tablecloth and signage (if desired)
- Informational handouts, brochures, or display materials
- Any interactive materials or equipment for demonstrations
- Extension cords/power strips if you require electricity
- Any necessary accommodations supplies (seating, visuals, etc.)

- One table and 2 chairs per vendor
- Access to Wi-Fi
- Name tags and welcome materials
- Accessible booth layout and directional signage
- Volunteer assistance as needed

8:00–9:00 AM – Vendor Arrival & Setup
9:00–12:30 – Attendee Registration
10:00–1:00 PM – Networking and Information Gathering

- The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible.
- Please keep pathways between tables open and uncluttered.
- Vendors are encouraged to communicate clearly and offer flexible pacing.

- You may begin breakdown at 1:00 PM (not before)
- We’ll follow up with post-event insights and thank-you communications
- If you collect leads or schedule follow-ups, please inform our team to help with ongoing support
