The Office of the Ombuds for Family Child Care Providers will hold its 4th annual Shaping The Future Conference, October 16-17, 2026, in the St. Cloud/Waite Park area. (Address will be announced in July.) This annual conference brings together licensed family child care providers and ECE leaders from across Minnesota to celebrate, learn, and lead the way in shaping the future of early childhood education. The attendees represent the culturally rich and diverse community of MN family child care providers who are deeply committed to the well-being, development, and learning of young children. The conference is specifically designed for the professional development of licensed family child care providers, their staff and other early childhood educators.Interested in a vendor/exhibitor table at the conference this year?Details:

• Cost: $75 for selling products, $50 for exhibitor/informational
• $25 discount for vendors who are currently licensed FCC providers
• Please make payment within 5 days of receiving invoice
• Payments by credit card will include additional non-refundable processing fees to eventbrite
• Or payments can be made by check/money order and mailed without additional fees

• 25-30 vendor/exhibitor spaces - no duplicate vendors will be accepted
• Supplied: one 8-foot table, two chairs, limited spaces with electricity available on request
• Setup time is Thursday evening October 15th after 5:30 p.m. or Friday morning October 16th before 7:00 a.m.
• Conference break times are built into schedule of classes. The schedule will be provided prior to the conference
• Last conference session break-time ends at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday
• Fees are refundable until September 30th (excluding processing fees). No refunds after September 30th
• Other advertising options: $25 for swag or flyer added in attendees' conference bags, $50 for 1/2 page advertisement in printed conference programs, or sponsor a meal (cost varies).
