Eyes on Surgery: Ophthalmic Pearls and Procedures
Part I: From Instruments to Incision: Veterinary Ophthalmic Surgery presented by Amarpreet Deol, DVM
This live, interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will review common ophthalmic surgical procedures performed in general practice. This course will provide an overview of surgical anatomy, instrumentation, indications, and techniques. Common pitfalls for eyelid surgery will be highlighted, as well as key procedural steps to improve outcomes in ophthalmic procedures.
Part II: Eyes on Surgery: Ophthalmic Pearls and Procedures presented by Amanda Wimms, BVM&S, MRCVS, Diplomate, ACVO
This live, interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will feature case presentations of common ophthalmic conditions to strengthen clinical decision-making around diagnosis, medical management, and surgical intervention. This course will review when continued medical management is appropriate, when surgery offers the best outcome, plus how to educate clients on surgical expectations and post-operative care.
Registration is required, and this event is FREE to veterinariany professionals.
