Join Chef William in the Farmhouse Kitchen making warm, flavorful and 100% plant-based soups. We'll be hands on learning how to build deep flavor without meat or dairy, covering the foundations of great soup-making including aromatics, seasoning, layering, broth building and thickening techniques.
Chef will also touch on meal prep, storage and reheating so your soups taste even better the next day. Bring containers to take home leftovers.
Recipes have no soy, no nuts.
