About this Event
On March 14th, join plant-based chef and author Janay Laing for a delicious introduction to vegan cheesesteaks! Using a classic grill, Janay will showcase her techniques for crafting the perfect, melty cheesesteak using plant-based meat, peppers, onions and dairy-free cheese. You won't believe it's vegan!
Audience members will be treated to a full tasting, along with a brief educational talk. We'll also have our popular games and prizes!
Event is taking place at North Miami Library from 12 pm - 1:30 pm.
