Welcome to our Pilates Reformer Teacher Training! Join us at Inner Balance Studio for an immersive in-person experience. This training is perfect for those looking to deepen their Pilates knowledge and become certified to teach Reformer group classes and private sessions. Nell and Claudia have over 30 years of combined teaching experience and will guide you through learning all the exercises, focusing on technique, alignment, and teaching methodology. 3 Immersive Weekends:
- March 7-9
- April 11-13
- May 16-18
Fridays: 5-8pm
Saturdays: 12-6pm
Sunday: 12-6pm
45 Live Hours + 155 Additional Hours
- 55 Self-Practice Hours
- 50 Observation Hours
- 50 Student Teaching Hours
*Must be logged and signed off by an approved teacher at IB/participating studio
