VCHCC General Meeting: EOM/MHOAC Course

Join the Ventura County Health Care Coalition for a deep dive into The California Public Health and Medical Emergency Operations Manual and Medical Health Operational Area Coordinator program with special guest, Javier De La Cerda- our Regional Disaster Medical Helath Coordinator!
This course will prepare participants to operate and manage all 17 MHOAC functions and detailed coordination of activities to assure management of medical and health resources and reporting of situational status from the Operational Area (OA) to the Region and/or State during times of extraordinary emergency or disaster.
Participants will become familiar with California Emergency Support Function 8 (CA-ESF8) and will learn the roles and responsibilities of key participants in the Public Health and Medical System.
