Vancouver Sexuality Professionals Meet Up

Join us at Vancouver's only sexuality professionals meet up ! Working as a sexuality professional can be such a rewarding and exciting job but it can also be quite isolating. So lets change that!

Do you work as a sexual health educator, sexuality coach, sex therapist or work in the sexuality field in general and are here in Vancouver? Come to our meet up! It's a way to connect to the community, meet other people in the field, ask questions, and network.

To confirm your registration please email [email protected] with a short bio about you and what you do! This is to ensure the space is as safe and supportive as it can be :)

*This event is also open to folks who are interested in working in the field and want to connect with those who are doing the work.

The first portion of the evening will be an open mic time to give anyone who wants to a chance to introduce themselves and their work to the group and then the rest of the evening will be for mingling and meeting everyone. We have the space for 2 hours but you can stay longer in the brewery after! Please arrive by 7.

Alysha will be sending out an email to all attendees with everyone's contact information and a blurb about your business at the end of the event!

We have the Ravens Room in R&B Brewing booked out for us so we have a private spot to hang out! There is food and drinks available for purchase. The pizza is amazing and so are the drinks, there are a lot of non alc options too!

Info: Alysha is a Queer Sexual Health Educator and Sexologist in training, based out of Vancouver BC. She is a big believer of education as a tool of empowerment and is on a mission to make sex ed more accessible and more enjoyable. Alysha teaches all things related to sexual health in a comprehensive, inclusive and pleasure-based way. Over the years Alysha has taught in schools, various youth organizations and has hosted many events and workshops for adults. She has an extensive background in youth care work and has adapted a strength-based, trauma informed approach to sexual health and relationship education and coaching.
