Vancouver Community Kirtan / potluck is happening at a mystery location in urban Vancouver on Sat Oct 19th.
IMPORTANT: To get the location and other details, please rvsp GOING to the event to be put on the guest list.
SUPER IMPORTANT: DOOR WILL BE CLOSED at 7:25pm. Please arrive early if you can.
Join us for an uplifting evening of music followed by a community potluck.
$15 energy exchange.
Funds raised support impoverished families and children in India and support the continuation and musical/community efforts of Vancouver Community Kirtan.
Parking is available in the neighbouring street
Bring your sitting gear like a yoga mat or a cushion. And some food to share if you want to join in the munchies afterwards.

Kirtan is a spiritual practice whose benefits are fostered by a certain amount of silence. We request that no children under the age of 11 be present in order to maintain that silence. If you believe your child is well-behaved enough not to run around or make noise while we are chanting, please send me a message and let me know the details.
Community kirtan is about building community, so we invite you to be an active community participant by bringing some scrumptious food, meeting some new folks, and even helping out with cleaning up.
As this is a living abode situation, let's finish socializing around 10:30 pm and then start cleaning up.

IMPORTANT: We will not be requiring any medical interventions of any kind (but please don't be in a sneezy contagious state).
ALSO: Videoing of the event will be taking place and used for social media. Let me know with an email at [email protected] if you want to be blurred out and do my best to do so if possible.
I will give the address to ONLY the folks on the GOING list. And I will keep an eye out on the list until the end of Friday. Please RVSP GOING before Saturday if you want the address. I might respond Saturday, but it's not guaranteed.
