Valkyrie Fitness will be completing our second trip around the sun this January, and we want to kick off our celebration week with an anniversary party and wellness fair! We will have raffles and prizes, as well as hosting a wellness fair to highlight incredible businesses in our wellness community.
During the anniversary party, there will be free 30 minute aerial yoga classes so you can experience the joy of playing in the hammocks. These mini sessions will all be beginner friendly, but will come in two different vibes: calming or adventurous. Classes are limited to 13 people, so make sure to sign up in advanced!
