Crafted for Two is a candlelit Valentine’s beer pairing dinner featuring a four-course menu designed to complement two curated beer flights and one pint per guest, all set inside the warm, intimate atmosphere of Summer Fox Brewing Company. Live acoustic music by Dillon Tucker will provide the soundtrack for the evening.

This experience blends the casual comfort of your favorite taproom with an elevated, sit-down dinner — crafted with intention, poured with purpose, and meant to be shared.

Course One

Local Craft Grazing Board for TwoA thoughtfully curated selection of locally sourced cheeses and charcuterie, warm pretzel bites, house-made hop mustard, beer-infused honey, pickled vegetables, and seasonal accompaniments — designed to pair beautifully with our craft beers.

Course Two

Charred Pear, Gorgonzola & Arugula SaladCharred seasonal pears over peppery arugula, crumbled gorgonzola, and toasted almonds, finished with a honey–black pepper vinaigrette.

Course Three

Porter-Braised Short RibSlow-braised beef short rib in house porter with aromatics and herbs, served over whipped garlic potato purée, roasted broccolini, and a rich dark-beer reduction.

Course Four

Chocolate Bread PuddingWarm chocolate brioche bread pudding with stout caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a hint of sea salt.
