Cal Poly Alumni — Fresno Community Founders Day

The Cal Poly Alumni — Fresno Community invites you to celebrate Cal Poly's founding date from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at Crow and Wolf Brewing Co. Taproom (526 Spruce Ave, Clovis, CA 93611).

On March 8, 1901, Governor Henry Gage signed legislation establishing Cal Poly. This exciting announcement came after a group of local citizens led by journalist Myron Angel had been lobbying for a state school in San Luis Obispo since 1894.

This Founders Day, we’re celebrating 125 years of Learn by Doing and Mustang pride. Come mix and mingle with alumni and friends, show off your green and gold, and enjoy celebrating everything you love about Cal Poly.

Tickets are $10 and include one beverage and a special swag item. Additional beverages and food will be available for purchase. This event is open to Cal Poly alumni and supporters of all ages.

Space is limited. Registration closes on Thursday, March 5 or when sold out.
