Students will prepare white wine mussels with garlic, shallots, and crisp crostini, master creamy Parmesan lemon risotto through classic stirring techniques, and finish with warm, indulgent bananas foster. This romantic class highlights essential skills, beautiful presentation, and dishes perfect for sharing with someone special.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class.
