Join Boshka and Eva on a special extended Reiki Gong Bath for Valentines Day. We'll share sweet treats, and use journal prompts to create love letters to the soul. After which we'll journey with the healing vibrations of Reiki, Gongs, Ocean Drum and Crystal Bowls among other instruments, so you can experience deeply nourishing relaxation.
Having regular Reiki and/or Sound Healing sessions can be truly life changing, not only in allowing us to destress, but also in increasing our productivity and resilience in order to cope with the challenges of modern life.

What to Expect:
The beauty of Sound Healing resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session. Participants will be asked to lie down on a fold out bed and will get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape meditation. While one of us takes care of the sound, the other will take care of the Reiki so you will be receiving healing from both of us, in the group, and also individually. While Boshka fills the room with sound, Eva will fill it with Reiki before giving everybody an individual healing. When healing energy and vibrations are absorbed by the body, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, which in turn helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance.
What you Will Need:
Please bring some water to stay hydrated. Although we have some, feel free to bring blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable. You will be lying down and it's not unusual for your body temperature to drop once you start to relax, so make sure you're dressed appropriately. Don't forgot your comfy socks.

About Your Hosts:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Therapist and Soul Doula who uses various modalities to help you navigate the storms of life… and death. Particularly interested in working with people as they undertake life’s many changes, Eva empowers those feeling lost to find their way.
Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy has been exploring the world of wellness and alternative healing modalities since her early 20s, deeply inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. Looking for stillness and silence within, brought her to studying Sound Healing and qualifying as a NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Boshka is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing.
