Priced at $175 per person MR CHOW delights guests with a prefix three-course dinner starting off with a selection of delicacies such as the famed Pink Zebra Water Dumplings with Pork and Shrimp Chicken Satay Glazed Prawns with Walnuts and Squab with Lettuce followed by guests’ choice of Ma Mignon Beijing Chicken Lobster with butter and garlic and Pan Seared Scallop.
