Our Vagus Nerve Reset Group is a restorative experience designed to help you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and support whole-body wellness.
Led by Tyler Mauler, certified herbalist and yoga instructor, and co-facilitated by therapist and yoga instructor Megan Miller, LGPC, the group blends breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness practices.
Participants will learn practical, accessible techniques to activate the vagus nerve and cultivate greater calm and resilience.
📅 This group meets at 6 pm on the following Mondays:
- September 15 and 29
- October 20
- November 3 and 17
- December 1 and 15

💲 Out-of-Pocket Cost
- $50 per session for new and current clients
