Art of Stillness is a guided creative workshop that blends breath, imagination, and expression. We begin with a calming guided landscape visualization and breath-centered meditation, helping you slow down, ground yourself, and connect to your inner stillness.
Then, inspired by the mental imagery you’ve cultivated, you’ll bring your landscape to life with paint—no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
This is your space to unplug, get centered, and express freely—on the mat and on the canvas. All materials are provided. Just bring yourself.
