OVERVIEW

Level I focuses highly on the Self-Care aspect of this spiritual practice, but upon completing this class you’ll be fully empowered to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, family & animals!

This training will ensure that you’ll leave with a strong foundation, guidance in what to do when you get home and confidence in your ability to practice Reiki.

It is a traditional Usui Reiki I training with lineage through Mrs. Hawayo Takata, who is credited as being the first to bring Reiki out of Japan (Styles of Reiki which came to us through Mrs. Takata are often referred to as “Western”).

   •    4 Reiki Level I Attunements (Initiation), 

    •    a brief history of Reiki,

    •    an explanation of your lineage,

    •    the Reiki Precepts,

    •    applications of Reiki,

    •    treatment protocols for self and others, 

    •    ample hands-on practice,

    •    a notebook,

    •    a gift to mark the occasion, and

    •    your Reiki I certificate.
