Usui Reiki One Training &Certification

• Provides everything you need to practice reiki on yourself and others in-person to help with healing on every level.
• Prepares you for Reiki II which provides the tools for distance reiki, practicing professionally, and many other techniques such as clearing spaces and objects.
• Attunes you to the Reiki healing energy and strengthens your sensitivity to Reiki.
• Certifies each graduate with a physical certificate to take home.

TIPS

Please dress comfortably, bring water and bring something to take notes with.

There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day. You are welcome to bring your lunch or take a short walk to any of the many nearby cafes.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a non-invasive healing modality which was formalized in Japan and translates to "Universal Life Force". Reiki has been shown to hasten healing time, boost the immune system and reduce tension mentally, physically and emotionally.
