Whether you're looking to learn Reiki for personal growth & healing, supporting family and friends, or as the beginning of a professional path, this class will give you a foundation while helping you discover how *you* naturally connect with and work with energy.
This is not just a day of learning...it's a day of experiencing.
You'll learn the foundations, history, principles, and traditional practices of Usui Reiki, receive your Reiki Level I & II Attunements, and become certified to use Reiki for yourself and others. But beyond learning the practice itself, we'll spend the day exploring the bigger picture of energy work and how you naturally perceive, sense, and interact with energy.
Some people feel heat. Others notice tingling, emotion, imagery, a deep inner knowing, or subtle shifts they can't quite explain. There isn't one "right" way to experience energy, and one of my favorite parts of teaching is helping each student recognize and trust what comes naturally to them.
This is a **very hands-on class.**
You'll spend much of the day giving and receiving Reiki with your classmates. The more people we have, the more opportunities you'll have to experience different energy, recognize your own intuitive gifts, and learn through contrast. Every person feels different, and that's one of the best teachers.
To make sure everyone gets plenty of individual attention, this class is intentionally limited to 8-10 students.
