Shoden Level 1 - ReikiShoden teaches how to practise healing the self and the basics about helping others. At this level the student is heading out on the path to self-discovery, this is just the beginning.
Level I Reiki is an introduction into the practice of Usui Reiki. The energy channels are opened on a physical level allowing you to more easily connect to the energy and activating the body's innate ability to heal. The class includes manual and certificate as a Reiki Level I practitioner. The class is structured for instructional teaching as well as hands-on practice.
In this training you will be attuned to 1st degree Usui Reiki and learn how to give yourself a Self-Reiki treatment & explore the use of Reiki on others.
You will also learn some personal energy control techniques, energy clearing techniques as well as some of Mara’s personal healing techniques.
Cost is $150 includes manual, attunement & certificate
