💜 Usui Reiki 1 Course dates 💜These are now up and running and the events are scheduled on this page.

There are 2 spaces for each course.
On a nice day, I like to carry out as much of the theory side of the course and the meditations outside, as well as the practical 'self reiki' practical in the tranquility of the garden outside in nature and the attunements under the copper pyramid outside with shoes off.
The practical using reiki 'on others' will be carried out in the cabin in pairs.
The garden has an outdoor 'beach hut' which hosts tea, coffee, herbal teas, biscuits, fruit and cakes yo 'help yourself,' with a mini fridge for pack lunches.

This is a relaxed course, where you can feel at peace and 'at home' in a relaxed setting 🥰
About the course...
This course is the first step in your Reiki journey and includes both theory and practical sessions with me. It is open to everyone as there is no prerequisites or experiences required to attend. Only a desire to begin to learn Reiki.
After completing the course you will be able to carry out this on yourself or family and friends.
After you have practiced channelling Reiki you can progress, if you wish, onto Reiki Two.

The course will run from 9am to 5pm.
Your investment for this course is £80 each and included with this cost is the Reiki one course training manual, notebook, pen, clear quartz crystal with organza bag, a cotton tote bag and your Reiki One Insurable Certificate.
This course includes the following areas:
-History/Background.
-Energy exercises and meditations.
-How Reiki works.
-Aura & Chakras
-Grounding/ protection techniques and practices
-3 attunements to open your channel
-Channelling Reiki for treatment on yourself and others.
-And lots more!
You will need to bring a pack lunch for a lunchtime break.
Tea/coffee/fruit tea/bottled water will be provided.
