What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing founded in Japan by Dr Micao Usui.
Reiki is a gentle but effective form of energy healing, encouraging the body into a very relaxed state in order that healing may occur on a cellular and energetic level.
Reiki 1 is called Shoden in Japanese, which means “first teachings”.
This level awakens your self healing abilities, and activates a connection between you and the Universe, allowing you to tune into the Universal source energy through a ‘channel’.
This gentle and nurturing course will allow you to heal your own mind, body and soul on the physical mental and spiritual levels , in learning how you can clear your own chakras( energy centres in the body) and create balance within.

Learn about your personal energy( your chakras)

Reiki 1 is available to everyone.
You can do this on yourself , friends and family .
No previous experience or knowledge required.
You will receive an IPHM accredited reiki 1 certificate and manual.
Time: 10.30-4.00pn
