In this class we will be exploring ways to use powdered herbs, including capsules, electuaries (honey & ground herb pastes), pastilles, treats, and beverages. We will discuss the process of drying and powdering herbs, and how to source good quality herb powders. I will demonstrate ways to powder and encapsulate herbs, and participants will take home samples of herbal capsules, electuaries and pastilles. Pre-registration is required. $40 fee includes a handout, samples of products made in class to take home, and herbal beverages including yummy Golden Milk to enjoy in class. *Please note my cancellation policy below.*
*Cancellation policy: In the event that I need to cancel a class, all fees will be refunded, or you can choose to apply the fee to a future class. There are no refunds for missed classes, so please keep that in mind when registering. If you are not able to attend, you can transfer your registration to a friend or family member to take your place, please let me know prior to class.
