Sometimes a cup of tea can be the best medicine for reminding us to slow down and take care of ourselves. This class includes a tea tasting of 10 different single herb teas. Please bring notepaper and something to write with for taking notes on formulating your own blend. We will discuss traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic herbal medicine teachings about the flavors of herbal medicines and the energetics of herbs. Participants will make a tea blend to take home. Pre-registration is required. Class fee is $40 and includes a handout and all herbs and supplies.*Please read my cancellation policy below.*
*Cancellation policy: In the event that I need to cancel a class, all fees will be refunded, or you can choose to apply the fee to a future class. There are no refunds for missed classes, so please keep that in mind when registering. If you are not able to attend, you can transfer your registration to a friend or family member to take your place, please let me know prior to class.
