In this free class, Chef Blong Vang will demonstrate practical techniques that help you get the most out of your groceries—from using ingredients root to tip, to adaptable recipes designed to work with what you already have in your fridge. Throughout the session, you’ll also pick up simple, real-world tips for reducing waste in everyday cooking and meal planning.
